what's your work Alastair, what do you do?
I believe that development (of self, of leadership, of team and of group effectiveness) starts with increased awareness and insight, understanding the power of our thinking and the choices that we can make. From that place there are no boundaries to possibility, and to the development and transformation that can be realised. I consider myself 'a work in progress' and I find that relating from this place attracts clients - they see that we are all learning, developing and evolving, and they have a greater sense of what's possible. I work with people, and teams and groups, to help them discover and have a greater sense of who they are and what they can become. These are essentials for effective self and organisational leadership.
