The things you have made me think about have not been easy to reflect upon. However, I know as a person and a leader that I am better for facing some difficult truths.

The coaching style, with a balance of informal and professional conversations, is generating transparent and honest discussions, that together with the right mix of challenge and motivation, is helping me to develop my own view on key areas of personal growth.

This work is an unfolding, a discovery and a blossoming of my own becoming, of how I can be of service to something bigger. What has been uncovered for me is that my true gift is courage - to go just beyond myself, to create a relationship with the unknown, and so my service is to encourage and navigate others to take similar steps of discovery towards more conscious leadership.

getting there has a vision of a more conscious practice of leadership in our world. For us to become more of who we can be, to adapt and thrive, we need bigger and better self-leadership, and organisational leadership that can scale, with the capacity to expand consciousness, work through complexity and the need for transformation. This is a worldview where we are individually and organisationally in service of something more than. This requires of us more conscious leadership.

getting there is an invitation to work with leaders, their teams and their systems, to support navigating a way to more conscious leadership. It is dedicated to crafting experiences that allow leaders and teams, and ultimately their wider systems, to discover and take the steps of growth needed for their leadership, to expand the structure of their thinking and to learn and uncover greater possibilities.

getting there has a particular focus on clients holding a reforming or transforming agenda, those working with complexity, and those with a social or service purpose. The work is invited through individual and group conversations and practices, taking the form of coaching and teaching, bespoke facilitation and systemic interventions.

The journeys follow two interdependent paths, through three mutually catalytic domains.

We come alongside to accompany you for part of your journey, creating spaces of safety and stretch. We offer structure, tools and navigational aids, mapping your journey and scaffolding your development path. We promote and provoke insight and illuminate hidden dynamics.

Our experience is that for this work to be successful it needs to be sponsored at a senior level and prioritised with those involved. For it to have enduring impact it typically needs to be intentional, over time, and with good cadence.
