Pete and I have been collaborating for over five years, bringing our distinct perspective to individual clients and leadership teams. The focus of our work together is to craft spaces to pause, to listen deeply and be heard, to become more fully present with yourself and each other, to widen the aperture on tensions, paradoxes and opportunities.
These are strategically creative spaces restoring and nurturing leaders capacities to navigate turbulence, inflection points and what may often feel like a fog of uncertainty and confusion.

Our approaches differ from traditional workshops and are definitely not a training. Together we give leaders and teams an experience of:
- The value of expanding beyond familiar thinking.
- How the narrative of crisis and other themes often establishes an echo chamber, drowning out an alternative narrative of possibility.
- Stepping into discomfort to spark innovation.
- Space enabling a richer experience of working and at a sustainable pace.
- 'Radical intimacy' and generative dialogue, leading to fresh intention and innovative action.
- How intention and practices can rewire leadership capacity, and shift the quality of organisational thinking.
We offer this work both to in-house teams, and in public workshops for leaders in a position to have significant influence and impact for their organisations.
Those who are not organisational leaders themselves, but who come alongside offering advice or support, can often feel they have little opportunity for peer and group support. Many seek professional comradeship and a restorative space, an environment for reflection and where difficult projects or situations can be reviewed.
So, we also host versions of our public spaces (with case anonymity and participant confidentiality) for specialist consultants, coaches and facilitators looking to benefit from the opportunity for group reflection and 'supervision'.
